JAA goes for Gold with New Members

Image JAA TechnicianThe Jamaica Automobile Association (JAA) has changed its options to focus new members on its  Gold membership package, offerring a suite of services that includes 24 hour Emergency Roadside Assistance anywhere in Jamaica.

Existing clients who were already Silver or Platinum membership holders will continue to receive all the benefits provided under these packages, said Dael Whylie, Member Services Supervisor with the JAA. She added that they will have the option to convert to the Gold membership, which offers all members the optimum in services and benefits that the JAA provides.

“Members will continue to receive the best Emergency Roadside Assistance service, as well as our document expiry reminder and renewal services,” she outlined. With the Roadside Assistance service, a JAA Technician will secure a crash scene, assist with paperwork, provide towing if necessary (one free per year up to $5000), call an ambulance and provide security if necessary.

“With our document expiry reminder and renewal services we send reminders to our members via text messages and emails and we will also pay registration and fitness fees at the Tax Office in the Corporate Area as well,” Ms Whylie noted.

Members will also continue to benefit from the International Show Your Card and Save discount programme which has a network of more than 200 local merchants and over 155,000 international discount partners.
