JAA Membership · Renewal on hold
Your renewal didn’t go through. Here’s how to reactivate your membership.
A problem with our online renewal system stopped your membership renewal from being charged. It’s fixed now, and it wasn’t caused by you or your card. To reactivate, pay your renewal online in about 2 minutes, or visit our office and pay in person.
Two ways to renew
- 1Online, any time. About 2 minutes with a Visa or Mastercard, and auto-renewal is switched back on. See how
- 2In person. 7 Central Avenue, Swallowfield, Kingston 5. Mon – Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
What does “on hold” mean?
Your renewal payment wasn’t collected, so your membership is paused. Paying the renewal reactivates it straight away.
How much will I pay?
Your normal renewal fee, shown on your pending renewal before you pay. There are no late fees.
Will it renew automatically after this?
If you pay online, yes: your card is saved for future renewals. If you pay in person, you can add your card online at any time to switch auto-renewal back on.
